Privacy
What I collect when you use sogrox.com or work with me, why, and what happens to it. Short, because there isn't much. Updated 24 September 2026.
The form on the site
When you send the form, three things arrive in my inbox as an email: your site's address, your email, and the note if you wrote one. I use them to write you back, and for nothing else.
They stay in my mailbox until you ask me to delete them. To do that, email igor@sogrox.com and it's done.
Email you send me stays in my mailbox the way any email does. I don't add addresses to any list and I don't send newsletters.
During the work
If you give me access to your site or accounts, I see what's in them. I use that only for the agreed scope. Files you send me are deleted when the scope is closed, unless you ask me to keep them for ongoing work.
Payment
Invoices are paid through Payoneer. On Payoneer's payment page you enter your name, company, email, phone and card or bank details. That information is collected by Payoneer under its own privacy policy, not by me. I see who paid and when. I never see card numbers.
How I see what happens on the site
I use Microsoft Clarity, a free tool that shows which pages get opened, where people click and how far they scroll, and plays a visit back to me as a silent replay of the page. I watch it for one reason: to find the spots where this site confuses people, and fix them.
What you type in the form is hidden before it leaves your browser. Clarity stores dots in place of your site's address, your email and your note; they reach me only when you press Send, and then by email.
Clarity is run by Microsoft, under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. It records the pages you opened, the site you came from, your browser and screen size, an approximate location worked out from your IP address, and what you did on the page. Not your name, and not what you typed.
Cloudflare, which serves the site, also counts page views for me. That counter sets no cookies and keeps no identifier for you: it tells me how many visits a page got, roughly from where, and which site sent them, and nothing else. Visitors from the EU are left out of it entirely.
If you'd rather not be recorded, any ad blocker or tracker blocker stops it, and so does blocking cookies in your browser. The site works the same either way.
Cookies and browser storage
Clarity sets two cookies so it can tell one visit from another and keep the pages of one visit together (_clck and _clsk), plus a few Microsoft cookies served from clarity.ms. Nothing in them holds your name or what you typed.
Two more things touch your browser and go nowhere. If you press the theme button, your choice of light or dark is saved in your browser so the page remembers it. And Cloudflare, which serves the site, may set a security cookie it needs to tell browsers from bots.
That's the whole list. If it changes, this page changes first.
Who else handles the data
Cloudflare: hosting the site and delivering the form email. Microsoft: Clarity, described above. Google: my mailbox is on Gmail. Payoneer: payments. None of them get anything beyond what their part needs.
Selling and sharing
I don't sell, rent or share personal information with anyone, and I don't use it for advertising.
Your choices
Ask me by email to see, correct or delete what I have about you. I answer within a few business days.
Changes
When this page changes, the date at the top changes.

Reports on local businesses
The reports on sogrox.com count what the public websites and Google listings of local businesses show a customer on a given day. They name no business and hold no personal data: no owner, staff or customer names, no personal emails or phone numbers, nothing from behind a login.
A business that wants its row removed or corrected can write to igor@sogrox.com with its website. It is done within two business days, no questions asked, and a removed business is left out of future reports as well.
